Paragliding 滑翔伞

I started paragliding in April 2023, under the guidance of the national champion Wang Hongji, and I am currently studying to obtain the B license of the China Aviation Association paragliding.
我于2023年4月份开始入门滑翔伞运动, 受到国家冠军王宏吉教练指导, 目前在学习考取中国航协滑翔伞B照。

Mountaineering 登山

I began my journey into mountaineering in July 2023 and have successfully summited Mount Siguniang's First Peak at 5,025 meters and Yuzhu Peak, the highest point in the eastern Kunlun Mountains, at 6,178 meters. My upcoming goals include, in order, Muztagh Ata at 7,546 meters (qualification obtained), Manaslu at 8,163 meters (the world’s eighth-highest peak, qualification obtained), Cho Oyu at 8,201 meters (the world’s sixth-highest peak), and Mount Everest at 8,848 meters (the world’s highest peak).
我于2023年7月份开始入门攀登雪山运动, 目前成功挑战海拔5025m的四姑娘山大峰和海拔6178米的玉珠峰(昆仑山东段最高峰)。我的接下来计划依次是7546m慕士塔格峰(已获资格)、8163m马纳斯鲁峰(世界第八高峰，已获资格)、8201m卓奥友峰(世界第六高峰)、8848m珠穆朗玛峰(世界第一高峰)

Free diving 自由潜水

I began freediving in April 2023 and have achieved the AIDA 1-Star Freediver certification, reaching a maximum depth of 12 meters without an air tank. I am currently working towards the AIDA 2-Star certification and have mastered rescue skills at a depth of 5 meters without any diving equipment (mask or fins).
我于2023年4月份开始入门自由潜水运动, 目前已经通过AIDA一星自由潜水员考核。无氧气瓶我的最大下潜深度为12m, 正在考取AIDA二星自由潜水员执照。我同时掌握无任何潜水设备(无面镜、脚蹼)水下5m救援能力。

Scuba diving 水肺潜水

I began scuba diving in October 2023 and currently hold the PADI Advanced Open Water (AOW) certification, with skills in enriched air (nitrox) diving, deep diving to 30 meters, wreck diving, and underwater search and navigation. Next, I am considering advancing to technical diving under SDI & TDI.
我于2023年10月份开始入门水肺潜水运动, 目前获得了世界最大休闲水肺潜水PADI的AOW认证, 掌握技能包括:高氧潜水, 30m深潜, 沉船潜水, 水下搜索与巡回。我下一步将会考虑进阶SDI&TDI技术潜水。

Skiing 滑雪

I started skiing in December 2019, and have skied in Zhaojin, Cuihuashan, and Bailuyuan, Shaanxi. At present, I can adapt to the intermediate and high-level trails, that is, the black-class ski trails.
我于2019年12月份开始入门双板滑雪运动, 在陕西照金、翠华山、白鹿原进行过滑雪。目前我能够适应中高级道, 即黑级雪道。

Cycling 骑行

I absolutely love cycling! I have participated in at least 10 rides of more than 100km, and have done cross-country rides in Qinling, Lishan, and Qinghai Lake.
我非常喜欢野外骑行! 我至少参与了10次100km以上的骑行, 在秦岭、骊山、青海湖均进行过越野骑行。

Bartending 调酒

I started to learn how to make cocktails in October 2019, and currently I have mastered about 10 kinds of cocktails. But I don't like drinking.
我于2019年10月份开始学习调鸡尾酒, 目前掌握10种左右的鸡尾酒调制。但是我并不喜欢喝酒。

Magic 魔术

I started learning magic in 2010 and have mastered many magic tricks. I've been enjoying researching Shen Lim's Black Gate series Magic lately.
